Ever wonder what it sounds like when a basketball hits a Raptor's ass? Trespasser can do it all!

Sound
The best sound I have ever heard in an FPS, or any game for that matter. Both EAX and A3D API's are supported, and 3D sound will really help you get into the game (if you have a good speaker setup). Due to the dense forest levels obstructing your view of Raptors, the 3D sound is a very nice thing to have so you can pinpoint where the thumping is coming from.

Weapon sounds couldn't be more realistic. Uzi's have a wonderful rapid-fire sound, and the shotguns make my little subwoofer do sounds I never thought possible. The dinosaur sounds are right on par with the quality of the Jurrasic Park movies, which is probably the best a dino will ever sound. Being able to hear their footsteps as they hunt you is a good addition.

For every texture you walk on, you get a different sound. If you walk on grass, it sounds like grass. Walk in shallow water, and hear yourself slosh around (and the ripples you created washing up on the shore). There also seems to be different sounds for every object. Hit a tin can with a baseball bat, and it sounds like a bat hitting a tin can. Throw your gun in the dirt, and it sounds exactly like a gun falling on dirt.

The musical score is top notch but only plays at key areas. Hearing some fast music as you fall off of a cliff into a pack of three raptors will really get you going.
